You'll love me

Who am I?

I come from a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medical) family. Growing up, we did not even have Tylenol in the house, other than just herbs. Chinese medicine has been my sole profession. I started treating people since the age of 19. I also teach continue education courses and make medicine as well as my own skincare products

Protect your yang qi

Refrain from eating and drinking cold things in the summer time. Summer belongs to fire in the five elements, and in the five internal organs, the heart belongs to fire. When the fire is strong, it is necessary to burn some water. Water corresponds to the kidney. Therefore, Chinese medicine believed that the heart fire is strong and the kidney water is weak in summer. Even if it is a hot day, you should try to avoid eating cold things. Cold attacks the kidney water. Hence it gives you weak bones and lower back pain.
