Jin & Tonic Wellness Policy:

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. I am sure you would request the same respect from me for your time. Your appointment is reserved for you only. 

• Any last minute cancellation / no show will result in a full treatment charge.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same full charge for the treatment will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 
• A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.
